Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Gear
Carefully pack the lens in its original box with all protective foam, caps, and hoods to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the shipping carton and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
